Anita Saldana has first-hand experience with the effectiveness of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Following a series of traumatic life events, she was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. Where other remedies failed, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy proved successful and resulted in a full recovery. Seeing the overwhelming need for the wider availability of these treatments, she pursued and was awarded her NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer certifications. Like Mr. Moore, she has travelled extensively after leaving her native Hungary, visiting over 30 countries and residing in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States. She has an uncanny ability to connect with her clients, whom will often hear the following words: “I believe when people get better, they do better things, they think better thoughts and they influence and inspire people around them. Our mind inescapably has infinite ways to adopt and to create what we ultimately want in life.”

Stephanie Jensen’s journey from yoga practitioner to registered instructor was one driven by the life changing effects she experienced due to her asanas. Long dedicated to living a healthy, spiritual lifestyle, Stephanie began practicing yoga as a supplemental regiment to her existing routine. This began to change when she realised that, incredibly, restorative yoga had begun to correct the scoliosis that had plagued her for years. She also noticed a considerable change in her mental state: she found that, due to a calmer mind, “there was more quiet space and inner peace between each breath.” Her spark of interest in yoga grew into a flame of passion, and she decided it was her calling to share these benefits with others. Today, Stephanie is one of Las Vegas’ premier yoga teachers.

Using our decades of combined experience, we have developed a system that greatly magnifies the already considerable positive effects of practicing yoga. Already in an alpha state due to yoga, the isochronic tones subtly layered under serene background music further lower HypnoAsana® practitioners into a theta state: a meditative and suggestive state wherein we are able to introduce positive affirmations. While this can improve anyone’s quality of life, it is especially beneficial to those with ailments or injuries, speeding up their healing process.
